The correct answer is that the third man is in a wheelchair.
Here, if you read the first sentence carefully, it says Three men enter a room, but only two walk out. So, according to the riddle, 3 men enter the room. Nowhere is it mentioned that the men walked into the room. Whereas the second part of the sentence says “two walks out”. This means that 2 men walked out of the room. Therefore, we can clearly say that the third man came out of the room in a wheelchair.
