But we oftens forget that husband is a source of stress, too. Many women feel as though their partner is more like a child to them than an equal.
A survey was conducted by TODAY.com and included more than 7,000 mothers. According to the results, the average mother has a stress level of 8.5 out of 10. The surprising part? Out of these women, 46% of them said that their partner actually caused more stress than their kids did.
“A 7-year-old is going to be a 7-year-old, but a 35-year-old acting like a 7-year-old is more stressful because they should know better.”mom Deno Fleno said that.
The truth is, many women nowadays are not only mothers and wives, but also chauffeurs, teachers, chefs, maids, nurses, decorators, coordinators, event-planners, problem-solvers, and so on. women are stressing most about not having time to do everything that needs to be done in the day. The major source of their stress is that they don’t get enough help from their husbands.
The husbands come home from work, throw their bag on sofa then online facebook, they do not care about their busy wives who have to every chores in their home. Or some husbands don’t want to comeback home after work, they go to drink with friends and don’t care about children or family, just care about themselves.
So, How to fix this problem?
It’s very important to communicate with partners concerning about sharing household duties. Split your duties to reduce your stress like doing chores or taking care of children. Make sure you revisit it often and stick to it.
One of the best ways to lighten the stress of household duties is for the woman to trust her partner. They need to be a team and commit to splitting the duties fairly.
